!!!...เป็นความรู้สึกของ Jack ที่มีต่อ Ennis ใน 2 ช่วงคือ1. ช่วงที่มาเจอกันครั้งแรกหลังจาก 4 ปีผ่านไป...เป็นฉากใน motel เป็นภาพที่ Ennis อยู่ในอ้อมแขนของ Jack แล้วก็พูดถึงว่ามันนานแล้วนะที่เราไม่ได้เจอกันเลย และ brokeback ก็ให้อะไรกับเรามากมาย และ ennis ก็มีสีหน้ากังวลถึงโลกภายนอก ที่ว่า เราคงทำอะไรไม่ได้มากไปกว่านี้แล้ว.....เนื้อเพลงนี้คล้าย ๆ ว่า Jack ต้องการจะปลอบ และกล่อม Ennis.......2. หลังจากที่ Jack ตายแล้ว ในเรื่องที่เป็นบทความต้นฉบับจะเป็นช่วงที่ Ennis ฝันถึง Jack เพราะเป็นทางเดียวที่ทั้งสองยังจะพบกันได้ Jack เลยบอกกับ Ennis ซะเลยว่า Go to sleep, may your sweet dreams come true....sweet dream ก็คือตัว Jack เอง......

เป็นเพลงที่สื่อถึง ความรู้สึกของ Jack ต่อ Ennis อีกเพลงหนึ่ง เมื่อเทียบกับในภาพยนตร์ ก็คือ ช่วงคืนสุดท้าย ที่ทั้งสองอยู่ด้วยกันริมทะเลสาบ ที่เป็น tent ที่อยู่ใต้แสงดาว และข้างๆ ก็มีธารน้ำไหล ก่อนที่จะตื่นมา แล้วทะเลาะกัน อันเป็นฉากสุดท้ายที่ทั้งคู่ได้อยู่ด้วยกัน ......ความหมายก็อย่างในเพลงเลยครับ คือ Jack เหมือนรู้ว่าตนเองต้องจากไปก่อน เลยบอกว่า "I don't want to say good bye" ไม่อยากเอ่ยคำลาเลย แต่เหมือนรู้อยู่ในใจลึกๆว่าต้องจากตลอดกาล อยากให้แสงดาวฉายแสงไปอย่างนี้เรื่อย ๆ ไม่อยากให้ถึงวันใหม่ ในเพลงยังเปรียบความรักเป็น Shadow of my love ราวกับว่าอันนี้คือรักที่ต้องหลบๆซ่อน ความรักที่เป็นสีดำ ไม่มีใครมองเห็น , After the darkness has gone, the shadow of my love is falling on the place where the sun always shown...เหมือนกับว่ายามใด ที่ทั้งคู๋ตื่นมาพบกับความเป็นจริง ความรักของพวกเขาก็หายไปพร้อมกัน......ในตอนเช้าที่ริมทะเลสาบ "we coulda had a good life together, _uc k in' real good life! Had us a place of our own. But you didn't want it, Ennis! So what we got now is Brokeback Mountain! Everything's built on that"......ก็คล้ายกับในเพลงที่ว่า Together our two hearts are strong Don't you know that's where our hearts both belong? ..........นายก็รุ้นี่ว่าเรามีชีวิตที่ดีด้วยกันได้ แต่นายไม่ต้องการมัน ที่เรามีตอนนี้ก็แค่ความทรงจำดี ๆ ที่เขาโบร็คแบ็ค เท่านั้น...........และต่อเนื่องด้วยฉาก Flash back ที่ Ennis เข้ามาโอบหลัง Jack จะเห็นว่า Ennis ดูมีความสุขมาก และบอก Jack ว่าเดี๋ยวเจอกันใหม่ตอนเย็น .......Jack ได้แต่ยืนยิ้ม และมอง Ennis จากไป ตัดภาพกลับมาในปัจจุบันที่ Ennis ขับรถออกไป ในแววตา Jack บ่งบอกถึงความรู้สึกอย่างในเพลงนี้ ว่าไม่อยากเอ่ยคำลาเลย.....ทั้งที่นั่นคือสถานที่สุดท้านที่ทั้งสองได้พบกัน ได้อยู่ด้วยกัน.....บนโลกใบนี้
